AHS-50 boasts an attractive bottle shape with a top mounted axial fan delivering vertical air discharge. To initiate the cooling procedure, industrial heated water is delivered through a connection in an auxiliary suction tank situated beneath the FRP basin. This drives the hot water upward via the stand pipe connected to the suction tank, assisted by a self-rotating sprinkler on its tip. The interaction of air and water prompts vaporization and leads to heat separation. Consequently, part of the water vaporizes while the remaining cools down; then collected in a leak proof FRP basin before being recycled back to industry operations. Moreover, its distinctive shape provides a reduced internal pressure drop for air entry from all sides.
